Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks kerenmk. As Tuatara India Pale Ale. Golden. Stale hops, slightly soapy, malt, grains, a bit of caramel, sweetish, bitter finish.

[6/17] Bottle. Black with a large tan head that slowly settles to an inch. Aroma is assertive and maybe slightly solventy with grapefruit, gooseberries and pine over heavy roast and brioche. 8- Silky, lowish carbonation. Just luxuriantly mouthfilling with everything having a place and nothing crowding anything else. In addition to what’s in the aroma there’s a sweet Indian spiced (cardamon) and milky mocha running underneath. The aroma could settle a little more over the next year or so but it’s superb now, with more depth than I thought Tuatara could garner. [4.1][5/18] Aroma still very hoppy and now slightly rummy. Lots of everything - roast, pine, bitterness, choc brioche, spices - but it all works together. In some ways sad it's my last bottle but not sure it will improve.

33cl bottle. Citymarket Palokka, Jyväskylä. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Light citrusy hoppy, floral aroma. Light, refreshing, floral and citric.

33cl bottle. The beer pours deep amber color with a thin white head. Caramel, hops, floral notes, herbs. Very floral flavors, some hops, herbal notes. Bit tired. Light of course.

500ml bottle. Pours orange. Biscuit, peach, sweet elderflower finish. Delicate, but as such, lacking a little in body and flavour. Fine.

On tap at Vrteška 2017. Pours black with medium beige head. Nice hoppy pine aroma, chocolate, malty, rye. Lasting bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Botella 33 cl en el Taxman 09..05..2017. (r153). Sin lote y con fcpref 12..06..2017 en una botella muy chulona lagartera. Color amarillentos ámbar miel claro turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos y cereales con toques herbáceos y ligeros especiados. Ligeros afrutados. Suave amargo resinoso al final ligeramente algo herbaceo tambien. Ligeros afrutados. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo denso más menos fino y suave y con ligera sensación alcohólica. No está nada mal. Para repetir.
