On tap at Smiths. Pours dark gold. Aroma is all salted caramel, but then it all goes wrong. Starts salted caramel, moves into sharp malt vinegar and then finishes with seawater. Palate is thin and undercarbonated. Uniquely disgusting.

On tap at Smiths. Pours dark gold. Hard to describe the flavour. Seafood, pickles, rich stock, some fruitiness. Honestly tastes like a nice soup. Unique and surprisingly nice.

On tap at Smiths. Pours red brown. Caramel, grapefruit, orange. Pretty bitter without much else to counteract it. Honestly pretty drinkable if a little imbalanced.

Bottle at Pub Winston. Clear amber color, small white head. Aroma is piney, fruity, a bit hop pellety. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Front has some caramel, then spicey hops leading to fruity-piney finish. Clean and well-brewed. Some breweries would call this IPA.
