Bottle. Clear pale gold with a white head. Soft tropical fruit aroma with passionfruit, mango, honeyed hay. Sweetish at first, then unexpectedly firm grapefruit and mandarin come in towards a fairly bitter finish. A refreshing hoppy summer quaffer.

Bottle - Orange hops and caramel. Clear orange copper with a frothy white head. Lots of orange and caramel with a bit of peel in the finish. Bitterness is nice and balanced with the sweetness. Not bad, but nothing great.

Poured from 650mL bottle [bb 14/05/2016]. Clear, golden orange with off-white head. Pine, resin, and citrus hops with a very light background caramel malt. Didn’t seem all that complex - Based on the bb date and average ratings maybe I should have aged it a bit? The IBU doesn’t show through too much either.

500 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with moderate head. Aromas of rubber, tropical fruit, caramel, sweet malts, and light pine. Flavors of toffee, toasted malts, pine, and bitter orange. Smooth and well balanced - really more of an Imperial IPA. Great stuff.

500 ml bottle. Pours black with full head. Aromas of piney/resiny hops, cocoa powder and roasted malts. Flavors of dry cocoa powder and light roast coffee cut with a bit of citrus. Lighter than expected with a short bitter finish. Smells like a black IPA; tastes like a light easy drinking stout. Nice.
