Description
This is the story of 5 Intenables (''impossibles'')who did not know what to do with their hyperactivity, resulting in a microbrewery .... and we do not intend to stop there!
Les Intenables is not just a brasserie – it is a place of conviviality where creativity and friendship mingle in every sip. Founded by a close-knit group of friends sharing a passion for artisanal know-how and a refreshing lack of seriousness, our microbrewery is a place where good beer and shared moments are in the spotlight.

440ml can. Opalescent, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Floral-grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, pale malty background, hints of gooseberry, a touch of woodruff, hay, salty cracker. Taste is mildly bitter, fruity and floral-grassy hoppy, slightly spicy and minimally sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty basis, hints of gooseberry, a touch of woodruff, chamomile, old lemon peel, salty cracker.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clean, nicely hopped - not bad.

Can picked up from the Museum shop in Plzeń last week. We had this Friday 1st August 2025. We're listening to some new tracks from Scott Lavene we had a fantastic Masala Fish & Chips with Minty Peas from BBC Good Food August. Pours dark brown with a creamy light beige head. On the nose there's dark bitter cocoa, chocolate and raspberry. Flavour follows a similar trajectory, with light raspberry. Smooth in the mouth with a decent creaminess, yeah carbonation is good. Raspberry tanginess saves this from being too much of a disappointment, but the base beer is lacking and doesn't provide an adequate canvas for the fruit to truly shine. It's not bad, but I was really hoping for a lot better.

CBH2025. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is tropical fruits, oats, some mild herbal tones with a bit catpissy elements too. Flavour is peach, tropical fruits, oats, mild herbal tones with some nectar and a nice citrusy kick in the finish.

Keg. Juova. As London Time.
POured amber in color.
Bisquity, malty, slightly sour. Stuffy. Not the best feel for this one. Old, or some problems with the beer.

Canned 440ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Black coloured, small brownish head, light raspberry and some alcohol in the nose. Acidic raspberry, caramel, light chocolate and a bit too strong alcohol with again some acidity in the finish.

0.44l can from somewhere in Prague, guessing Galerie piva. Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Very dark brown body, off-white head. Chocolate cake aroma and odd sharp raspberry on top of it. Lean, dry taste, empty, nutty, odd raspberry, notable alcohol presence, solid roastiness. Nice creaminess but the vague corky tartness on top of it doesn't mesh well with it. Messy, below standards of the two breweries.

0.44 l can thanks to Marko, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy dark brown, small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, dark fruit, ethanol. Soft caramel, toffee and prunes. Soaked biscuit with fruity filling. Quite rich. Alcoholic, medium to full body, burnt, toasty, some chocolate and quite some raspberry. A bit harsh, astringent, warming, boozy, dry finish, some tartness.
