Clear 750 from Press online. Pint glass at home.

See-through, classic gold, whisper of lace.
Earthy, strong band-aid, dense papaya, sharp plum, a little plastic.
Muscadine, astringent white tea, bitter veg, grass, leathery meat, pithy apple skin. apple cores & funky hay.
Juicy, plastic, astringent, off-dry to dry, strong sulfites, nasty plastic, stiff for 10% Despite the contrary, this is way better than current reviews indicate.
Frothy, thick, heavy, fruity, carb dies off really fast, obviously boozy.

Nice specimen. Very hearty & difficult to finish.

100% quince. 750 from press online. 7%, no vintage stamp. Six-eight months in the fridge. Pint glass at home.

Clear, if a bit dull, medium gold, subtle bubbles.
Floral & very quince-like, twangy-tropical nose.
Acidic, bittersharp, lemon tea, very floral turning astringent, rose water, slight plastic/veg funk, tangy & nicely tart.
Mellow to low carb, very thin, slight, medium high abv.

Different & kinda great.

Clear 750 from Press online. Solo cup on the porch. +3 weeks since the hurricane. Still without clean water. Settled, raspberry iced tea sorta color, billowing head that dies quickly. Second pour stirs things up. Earthy, very cherry/crab forward, sour apple, medicinal funk nose. Taste is earthy, bittersweet leaning vinegar sweet. Mellow sidra, mellow funk. Red table grapes, quince adds some plastic tropical & extra texture. Fruit punch-like. Lingering tannins. Fizzy, really yeasty, middle high acid, middle low tartness, boozy-ish, sulfite headache. Tasty but not enough carb to carry it. Good+.

Bottle from some hipster wine shop. Two years of storage, four months in the fridge. Duvel glass @home. Pours a sparkling, clear, oily gold. Second pour was a cloudy ginger gold. Smell is of macerated apples with a soft, inviting floral note. A very subtle sharpness of something like pie spice right at the end. Taste is bittersweet apples, floral, lightly tart, nutty, tannic grape skin, with a lingering pithy & earthy finish. Some sips are more interesting than others. Watery body, moderate to high acid, thin bubbles but ample carbonation (that died back quickly). ABV is a touch hotter than the 7% on the label. Some sulfite disagreement in my self, but not a lot. Okay to good.

Sample, many thanks to Grumbo for this! Unclear murky deep red. Aroma of alcohol and tree sap. Taste is a little harsh, woody some rose petal like glimpses in the back ground, floral sweet, but they seem overshadowed by a barky, boozy bittersweet profile that's not quite what I expected.
