Bottle included in First & Last's Northumbria Beer Box. Fruity stonefruit aroma but mared by a buttery streak. Medium gold. Frothy creamy off-white head. Medium bitter. Some tangy fruit but also a dose of quinine. Malty. But also buttery. Light bodied. Slick if thin. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. A mess - there's some fruit but ruined by diacetyl and quinine.

70cl bottle from the Cheese & Wine shop, Darlington. Deep coppery amber colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of honey, brown sugar, hint of malt. Taste is sweet, toffee, brown sugar, honey, fruitcake, with some warning boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warm boozy earthy and lingering sweet sugary finish. Nicely sippable

Third, gravicask at GBBF Winter. Shared with Finn and BeerViking. Unclear grey-golden body, low white head, spotty lacing. Ripe orange on the nose. Citrus and grainy malts to the taste profile. Bitter ending notes. Fair enough. (Birmingham 04.02.2020).

Bottle from Taste of Northumbria, Alnwick. Light gusher. Very over-carbonated. Massive rocky white head, hazy yellow gold underneath. Constant stream of bubbles. Dirty lemon aromas. Fizziness ruins it.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - almost a gusher. Big fluffy head suggesting gusher and yeast infection. Golden beer. Nose - dirty lemon. Light malt. Taste - more of the same. Palate - creamy and malty. Could be fresher on the finish. Overall - ok.

Bottle at home – was present from my nephew. A nose of mustiness and treacle is what greets you. Pours a clear reddish orange with reasonable off-white head, that is very transient (gone within 30 seconds). An initial sharp orange taste followed almost immediately by some creamy caramel with hazelnuts. A long burnt hoppy finish. Pleasant enough I suppose.
