Bottle, 75cl. It pours a clear, golden, oily body. Quite a lot of honey on the nose, with some flowers. Heather mostly, but something rose-like too. It’s sweet on the palate, full-bodied, soft and oily, with a certain warmth. Honey, sugar and heather in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Overall, a quite pleasant one, although not as good as the best ones. 131122

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden mead, still and flat. The aroma is quite weak, with honey and a flowery touch. Some alcohol notes. The flavor pretty much the same, with honey and some lemon hints. Alcohol warmth. Full body, still and sweet. Mostly honey in the finish, but some flowers too. A quite pleasant one, but a tad too dry actually. 131122
