Can that pours a very lightly hazed, light yellow colour with fizzy-bubbly white cap, average stay and some foamy lacing. Lemon juice sourness in the nose with the coriander, blended with ginger. The taste is milder with the sourness. The lemon come out in a different way, but nicely, with a touch of saltiness, spiciness and tart left on the tongue. Quite a nice, refreshing, lemony, gingeri Gose.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, light cereals, very nice. On tap at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

Profil olfactif céréalier avec notes de grain concassé et des houblons subtilement mentholés. La mousse bien crémeuse et persistante se dépose sur le liquide doré clair et parfaitement limpide. Délicate en bouche avec des accents de grains sucrés, miellés se terminant en une amertume douce et herbacée. La fin de bouche marie le sucré et l’amertume. Le corps est rondelet et la carbonatation douce. Une excellente Kellerbier sur base Marzen. Très appréciée. O:7.39 V:4.88 G:8.36 C:3.53 G:16.69 T:40.85

Hazy golden with an amber hue, a frothy white cap, decent stay and lots of foamy lacing patches left. Big citrus aromas with lemon zest, orange juice, some tropical fruit notes, pineapples, hints of alcohol and a herbal touch. Juicy mouthfeel with a nice building dry finish, leaving a little tart. Citrus, a tad pineapple and decent grassiness in the flavours. Quite a refreshing, juicy NEIPA all-around.

A very slight unfiltered haze, light golden-yellow with a small white cap, leaving some soapy lacing. Cereal grain malt aromas with some fresh grassy-herb hoppiness, and hints of dandelions, apples, pears. Flavours of yeast, with the apple-pear fruitiness and a touch of cereal malts. Mild grassiness lingers with some good building dryness. A nice refreshing, fairly hoppy Kellerbier.

Agrumes au nez avec pamplemousse bien présent. Résine de houblon et conifères s’intègrent également au programme avec de légères notes de poivre. Mousse généreuse et semi-crémeuse sur un liquide doré partiellement voilé. Assez bonne domination des agrumes en bouche avec une finale amère, âpre et légèrement astringente. Houblons relevant des notes de terre et de conifères avec une toute subtile sensation poivrée. Pamplemousse et dans une certaine mesure de la mandarine représentent le fruité. Le malt est assez discret et se présente sous forme céréalière. Corps et texture plus mince qu’une IPA. L’accent est surtout mis sur l’amertume dans cette Pale Ale bien traditionnelle mais dont on aurait préféré un fruité un peu plus développé. Appréciée moyennement. Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a fluffy off-white head, good stay and foamy-soapy lacing patches left. The nose is nice, fresh blend of citruses (orange juice, lemon zest), herbal notes and a touch of oats. The taste is also well-blended orange juice, lemon zest-peel and the oats. A smooth mouthfeel with a finish has a nice building dryness. Big chunks of particles do fall to the bottom of the glass. A very well-blended, easy-drinking Oat Cream IPA that goes down nicely.
