Mi2 på Cardinal, og Luis er på besøk medbringende et knippe canadiske øl fra sitt emporium, de fleste er 0,473 bokser: helt uklar lys skittengul med skumkrone som varer til glasset er tømt. Overmoden citrus, nectariner, plaster, gasbind, grønnsakeer - her var meningen mange og svært delte. Jeg likte den godt.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a whitish head, decent stay and some nice sticky-foamy lacing. Aromas of nectarines, some blending citrus notes with its zest, a touch resinous and good citrusy juiciness in the background. A wet mouthfeel with a slow, building dryness. The taste has a nice blend of fruitiness and grassiness. Quite a nice collaboration with Toltèk, with good juiciness, grass-hoppiness and all-around drinkability for a strong DIPA.

Hazed, golden colour with light orange highlights. The head is big, frothy, white-yellowish head, lasts a very long time (even overflowing from the can a bit) and leaving some good foamy lacing. Full orange juice aromas with some grassiness and a touch herbal. Some tropical notes do come out and blend with the rest. This tropical fruitiness shows up a tad more in the taste, over the citrus notes and the grassy hops are milder in the mix. Seeing a bunch of tiny particles, of different sizes floating around. You can feel some, a bit on the tongue. Quite a nice Triple IPA that is very juicy - with four very nice hops for the style.

Hazy, golden-yellow colour with amber highlights, a big creamy-frothy white head, good retention and full sticky-foamy lacing. The nose is nice balance of citrus and tropical fruit, with a tad grassy hops. A wet mouthfeel with just a touch of dryness in the finish. Again, a good blend of soft citrus zest, juices, tropical fruitiness and mild grass. A nice, juicy Double IPA that is not too dry, not too strong, almost like a normal NEIPA, but all well-blended with a little bitterness.

A hazed milky yellow ipa DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, light citrus, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, light tropical fruits, very nice.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light peaches, very nice. Bottle at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2025.
