A red dark rosey with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart berries, raspberry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice raspberry jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Chambly 2025.
