Tap at BPBW 2025. Hazy reddish body, didn't write the head down. Citric, tart aroma with the red reeed wiiiiiiine barrel notes coming up strong. Funky red wine barrel-driven taste, juicy, fruity, maybe a vague touch of paint, but not enough to bother, a bit tart - not your classic saison by any means, but a very fun one. Good stuff!

Tap at BPBW 2025. Hah, the guys remembered me from the day before for taking big samples - which I did as I was sharing the beer. Not necessarily the best association, but hey. :D Murky yellow body, off-white head. Herbal, citric notes in the smooth aroma. The taste is smooth and soft as well, showing a similar hop profile, but sadly also a bit phenolic... The travel certainly didn't help it and probably rushed the process a bit. Shame, I like this brewery.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Red body, off-white head. Berry-driven taste, some lactic notes it seemed. Berry-driven sourish taste, bit citric, nice - didn't even recognize it initially as a saison, leans on the simpler side, but a solid take.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Smooth oniony aroma, some grape ntoes. Smooth herbal, citric hoppy taste, simple, okay.

Tap at BPBW 2025, Day 1. Misty yellow body, off-whtie head. Creamy citric hoppy aroma. Creamy taste, ending dry, some citric hoppy touches, but also some phenols starting to go through - not in the best of shapes. But the alcohol is very well hidden, and I can see this being very, very nice fresh potentially.
