Celebrating their 6th anniversary late January 2026. Pours a dark brown colour with light beige head with decent creamyish lacing. Caramelly aromas with some nice blending vanilla. The mouthfeel is not too thick, with a light, slow building dryness. Well-hidden alcohol, but does come out eventually, warming a little. Chocolate-caramel malts with the vanilla being milder, which fits well. A nice strong Stout, that is not overly rich, sweet - so easier to drink.

Celebrating their 6th anniversary late January 2026. A very light, unfiltered haze, light golden colour with a white head, leaving some nice sticky, creamy lacing. Fruity aromas with pears, with a blend of the Morello cherries and mild pepper. The cherry notes come out over the pears in the taste, but the pear flavours lingers with mineral notes and sour hints. A refreshing Saison that balances some pear and cherry notes.

Celebrating their 6th anniversary late January 2026. Lightly hazed, golden colour with a pink hue, a whitish head and creamyish lacing. Saison yeast aromas with a touch of white wines and a tad peppery. The taste is mild, with a balanced fruity-grassy and a good drying finish. An easy-drinking refreshing fruity Saison that is light, with a little sourness in the end.

Draught Medium, if very dense light yellow head over fully muddy orange-ochre beer. Again a thick head complicating nasal perception. Dried orange peel, laurel, resin. Sweetish wholemealcorn, oranges, sweet bread, and again orange-like resin, but the malt dominates. Chewy, oily, resiny and well-carbonated. Almost viscous. Oriented towards the sweet end, but it remains just on the edge of acceptable. I just love their namegiving

Draught Huge, ultra-dense head; orange/ochre hazy (!!!) beer. Human sweat, wood, dried citrus, old-notspoiled-milk, exotic fruit. Dry, felt, some resin, if hardly fruity flavours. Medium bodied, slick, good carbonation. This is NOT a Westcoast IPA.

Draught Huge, yellow head over fully muddy yellow-ochre beer. Huge head seriously hampers nasal perception. Citrus, faint vegetable frying oil. Sweet-bitterish-sourish, again mainly citruspeel/-rind, and lots of hopoils, dry; felt. Again one that seems chewy, full bodied despite tis 6.5%. Well-carbonated. More than decent NEIPA, if a tad unidimensional.

Draught Towering, dense yellowish head, leaving lace over fully hazy, beer looking as pressed fruit. Very inviting hops' nose, fruity, bit resiny, exotic fruit, soft seedhusks, orangepeel. Sweetish, almost orangejuice-like, again just a bit of resin, citruspeel, straw, hay. Feeling both dry and chewy, it's almost drinking & eating; slick, oily-resiny mouthfeel. Towards the sweet side,, but generally really likeable.

Draught Head gone in seconds; liquid looking as frosted white wine. Both lime & cucumber obvious in the nose, but not aggressively so. Smelling fresh, invigorating. After some time, the nose blends into an aroma remarkably like beetroot. Salty, cucumber, lime, presenting itself as a lightly alcoholic South American drink. Again extremely refreshing, lipsmacking acidity, lemon/lime, gurkins on lactic acid. Light body; medium carbonation. Mindblowingly original, and hence, excellent!
