A can brought back to me by the misses from Montreal. Fairly bright accessible malt, that's mildly sweet and bready. The ginger comes in immediately as a high note without overwhelming, making way for slight bitterness and the calm tangerine. Quite tasty but maybe missing a little of the tartness one would expect in a gose, but still worthwhile.

Fairly clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a small white head, average stay and some mild lace left on the brew, and around it with a ring. Decent cereal malt aromas with a touch of corn, but more herbal notes for the style. The taste shows again some nice touch of herbs, grassiness, over light sweet cereal malts. A decent, refreshing Mexican lager with a little more Pilsner hoppiness.
