330 ml bottle. Cloudy golden, almost no head. Basement notes, barnyard, dry white wine, green apples, funk, lactic acid, lime zest, grapefruit, light pomegranate. Acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry sour finish. Nice!

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Rossastra, velata, schiuma leggera. Naso piuttosto grezzo, bretta, stalla, merde de poule, quindi man mano che si scalda emerge l'uva rossa, con un tocco di ciliegia. In bocca è decisamente più morbida e gradevole, vinosa, acida medio-leggera, succosa, leggermente minerale. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Da rifinire la parte olfattiva, ma è un esperimento molto promettente e si beve che è un piacere.

Draught Huge, ultra dense light yellowish head over lightly veiled yellow golden beer, leaving textbook lace. Wild yeast nose, Kveik announcing itself. Fruity notes, difficult to identify. Quite sour, but again very much the - almost bitterish - notes of the Kveik dominate; spicy, bit mouldy. Lemon in the finish. Light body, high attenuation, good carbonation. Better than the sum of its parts.

Tap at Arrogant Sour, held at Moor Beer Co in Bristol July 2019. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma: spicy/funky with lots of citrus zest - lemon zest, orange zest, herbal, light spices. Taste: light to moderate sweet, light to medium tartness, dry with lots more citrus zest, sweet orange and spicy & herbal notes. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Super interesting, tasty!

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso splendido bouquet vinoso e di fiori bianchi, frutta gialla, leggero citrico, stalla. In bocca è bilanciatissima, splendido vinoso e acidità presente con buona persistenza. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Eccellente!

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, blonde, with practically no foam. Aroma is brett and herbal. Body is average, with good carbonation and nice astringency. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is intensely herbal.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly hazy, with minimal white foam. Aroma is brett, sour apple. Body is average, like carbonation. Good astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, really really nice. Final is average in length with some astringency.
