RBESG08 grand tasting Wrote it as Amager accidentally, but I’m positive that it’s actually this. Poured a hazy red body with a lasting white head. Strong aroma hops in the nose. Sweet maltiness on top of the big hopiness. A nice beer. Actually wrote a good deal more but it’s not all that legible. Oops

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is hops, grass, fruits with some mild nectary and dry wooden notes. Flavour is very much the same in a good balance. Easy to drink and hides the alcohol totally.

Bottled(500ml). -RBESG2008, Grand Tasting.
Almost black coloured, small beige head, chocolate licorice nose. The taste is also similar, strong licorice, milk chocolate and coffee with light chicory notes. Very drinkable for 9.5%.

Bottled at RBESG. Hazy nut brown, small head. Grapefruity nose. Sweet and full flavoured. Bold caramelly malt dipped in hop sauce with graepfruit and salmiak. Medium to full bodied. Bitter salty licorice finish. Interesting in that I’ve never tasted as much salmiak in an IPA.

Bottled at RBESG. Really black, beige head. Haeavy licorice aroma. Thock and malty, very solid. From nose to finish it makes the journey fromraw licorice and tar to milky smooth chocolate. All in a soft transition without becoming overly intrusive. A good one!
