500 ml bottle, now available in Norway (Vinmonopolet). ABV is 9.2%. Copper coloured beer, decent off-white head. Strong and very nice aroma of fruity American hops, some hints of spices of too. The flavour is first malty and slightly sugary sweet with notes of caramel, then an intense harsh and overwhelming bitterness takes over. Overkill, too bitter and harsh for me.

Dark nut brown color, small off-white head. Bready-hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty, kind of grassy hopping. Some cardboard, otherwise solid double IPA. Easy, not too difficult IIPA.

Dark nut brown color, small steady tan head. Coffeish, licoricey, a bit milky aroma. Coffeish, roasted flavor. Quite sweet stout with good malty backbone. Sweetness is just a bit too much and drops a point or two.

bottle best before jun08, tasted jul08. "flat" aroma, yeast most dominant. dark unclear yellow with small head okay flavor, very small hint of sour, otherwise caramel, sugar, aged beer. very nice. reminds me of a very mild version of barley wine, probably bc. the bottle is a little old. tastes better than the score.

Big beige head. Hazy red-amber body. Intense citric tropical fruit aroma with notes of mango and malts. Dry malty citric tropical fruit taste with light catty notes. Some sweetness, too. Slight alcohol heat. Mouthfeel has some softness to it, before the hop bite sets in. A bit of chalk, too. Taste burns pleasurably in the mouth. Bitter roasty aftertaste with some alcohol and oranges. Very long aftertaste. Lovely, a powerful beer to sip. (0.5l, Vinmonopolet.)
