Smaller 3$ bottle from vintage. Pour is quite black with a tan head that fades rather quickly. Nose is somewhat impy stout, a little sweet and just a tad volatile. Liquid does not appear viscous like many impy stouts. First thing I notice on the taste is its quite sweet. Can't find many of the good impy stout attributes in this stuff. You get right down to the point with DR Fire. Slight burning sensation on the way down the throat. Boozy, almost artificial spiked added grain alky character. Goes down fairly easy without too much of a gag reflex, hehehh. I think this was designed to do one thing really good; after a few bottles of this stuff you'll be seeing nothing wrong in the world around you. Yea, designed to bring on that feeling of mixed of euphoria, relaxation, lowered inhibitions, accompanied by physical sensations of warmth, dizziness, and decreased coordination. Yes, an artificial candified example of an imperial stout. There, you have it. Wahllah, just a sweet boozy ethanol bomb of a cheapo impy stout ! Finish? Whew, I did it.
