Bottle. Pours cloudy nearly black with airy dark tan head. Dark aroma of coffee, roasted malt, chcocolate and liquorice. Sweetish flavour of chocolate, coffee with milk, yeast and caramel malt, with roasty notes and touches of liquorice. Lingering, sweetish and roasty aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Good. My rating #3700.

330ml bottle, 5.5 & abv, thanks to Skinnyviking. Pale amber coloured body, next to clear. Patches at the surface. Toffee nose, with citric hints. Malt-fruity taste of toffee, hebs, and orange. Bittersweet fruity ending. Fresh and uncomplicated (shared at Finn’s place in Tromsø, 11.03.2015).

Bottle at home. Pours deep brown, too fizzy, sweet chocolate, light dry bitter roast.

Bottle pours out a cloudy wheat topped with a small head. Nose is dank missing hop forward and sweet malts. Taste is as the nose heavy malts and a grape fruit pithy end.

Bottle, 6.4%. Weak uriny orange aroma, perhaps more mandarin. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off a little yeasty, has a papery maltiness. The hop are a little citric, but do not give the impression of being extremely fresh. Still three months from BB date, so not the reason why.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, orange peel, citrus and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, complemented by notes of malt, orange peel and citrus. Some rough and slightly bready touches, especially in the otherwise citric aftertaste. Nice, although a trife watery.

330 ml bottle. Clear deep golden to amber body with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Strong aroma of sweet malt, dry fruit, grapefruit and some alcohol, actually less boozy than expected for the high ABV. Flavor is very sweet and malty, toast, dry fruit, medium bitterness and rather boozy. Full body and a long lasting, sweet alcoholic aftertaste. Pretty heavy this one, some complexity but too sticky sweet and boozy to really make a good score in my book. The first little sip was a lot more impressive, but drinking the whole bottle was just a bit too much.
