On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pours brown/reddish with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, some roasted notes, hops. Flavour is balanced, malty, sweet, with a good bitter end. Body is thinner than expected.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pours cloudy golden with minimal head. Aroma of wild yeasts, cellar, hay, funk, fruits, oak. Flavour is medium sour with oak notes, light smoke. Medium body, light carbonation. Rough, but charming.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pours deep golden with a little head. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruit, pine, grass, pungent and persistent. Flavour is medium to light sweet and malty at first with a medium to high bitter end. High body, high carbonation. Rough, but well balanced.
