330ml slim can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Low, milky white head, opaque golden body, clingy lacing. Moderate mango nose, mid-sweet. Vanilla fruity flavours, moments of orange and mango, hints of coconuts. Ends smooth with vanilla sweet fruity, mid-dry. Thirst quencher outside at the sunny balcony, otherwise not so much to offer. Tap @ Bakgården. Murky purple body under a thin, lacing pinkish head. Aroma has black currants, raspberry, blueberries, red berries in general, minerals and a light hint of yoghurt. Taste is dominated by black currants, but other red and blue berries seems to be present, salty minerals and close to no yoghurt in taste. Balanced, mild acidity. Nice and refreshing, nothing complex beyond the flavors of the berries. Medium body and same aftertaste. Fair enough. By the way – the 9% alcohol is dangerously well hidden, I guessed this at something below 5%.

Couleur blonde dorée, col épais crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme est frais houblonné sur des notes d'agrumes reprisent en rétro-nasal par un léger fleuri et fine douceur fleuri voire fines herbes aromatiques et léger boisé/pin - in fine, un peu monodimensionnelle pour le nombre de houblons - rien de transcendent pour moi; tout en subtilité avec un malté qui revient en retrait. .
Palais est léger houblonné sur une amertume franche sans être trop dominante, parfumée, fleuri avec un léger fruité à noyaux - abricot. Repris sur la fin par un léger pin et résineux. Le tout se termine avec une bonne amertume et une fine douceur fruitée. Les malts restent en appui et retrait.

Dechiffrerte notater fra sommeravslutning for Mi2 på Cardinal juni-22: helt uklar, nærmest grumset skittengul med fint skum som varer. Uappetittelig utseende, men jeg lar ikke det bremse meg. Tropiske frukter, lys melkesjokolade, overmoden mango, noe kokosaktig og antydning til våt papp. Kraftig grapefruktaktig bitterhet. Meh, for å sitere en kjent bergenser.

On tap at PÃ¥ Kornet, Stavanger. Pours hazy deep golden with off-white head. Aroma of earthy hops, notes of caramel. Tastes bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied.

Superficial festival rating at Brew Festival, Oslo 2022. Saturday session 2. Unclear golden body under a nice lacing off-white head. Aroma has malt, biscuit and fruit. Taste is smooth malt, biscuit and some general fruitiness. Nice body and same aftertaste. A nice, quite straight forward classic bitter.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Opaque yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and yellow stonefruits, hints of pine and spruce. Fruity flavour with the same elements as the aroma, very nice to drink. Did not get notes of toasted coconut and vanilla, though - which probably should be regarded as an advantage.
