Bottle. Chocolate and hops aroma. Opaque black-brown color wtih small head. Slightly sweet chocolate malt flavor with a mild but long lasting hops finish. For Saranac, a very nice beer.

Bottle. Honey and barley aroma initially that changes into a sour milk smell as it warms.. Clear reddish brown color with small head. Light sour malt flavor with a metallic bitter finish. Luckily I traded for this and didn’t have to buy a sixer.

Lightly hazed gold colour with a nice creamy white head. Slighlty cardboardy malt arima. In mouth, stronger signs of oxidation occurs, with corny adjunct malt definetely noted.Body of mineral water. Bought at CJs in Potsdam.

Gold to light amber coloured lager with a thick dissipating off-white head. Fruity apple malt aroma with light german hops. In mout, slightly sweet grainy malt with chalky notes, and cardboard. Thin to medium bodied. Plain. Bought at CJs in Potsdam, NY, fall 2004.

Pours brown with no head. Armoa of malty beer with some hints of pumpkin. Flavor is full of light spices and pumpkin paste... not a tasty pumpkin brew by any means.

Not too bad overall, liked this one from Saranac. Nothing overly special, and it tastes a lot like other Belgian White beers.
