Keg at Bubbles Beer Club, Alicante, Spain. A murky golden/orange coloured pour with a medium creamy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, tropical fruit taste/aroma. Quite dry, bitter and green. Nice stuff on a warm evening in Spain.

Can purchased at a beer window next to the ice cream shop our kids were getting ice cream at in Segovia. My cousin Steph met us there and it was such a wonderful city and a wonderful visit. Such good memories of this day. It was hot and the beer was good, although I would have enjoyed it at night when it had cooled down a bit. Nonetheless, was not going to let this one pass me by and I liked the "anti-imperial" naming even though it fits the category at 7.6% and it was a "bourbon porter".

Léger pâle, col blanc crémeux tenace.
DIPA assez bien fichue - de suite de belles notes de résine avec un effet tirant sur la noix de coco avec une amertume assez longue en fin de bouche - je retrouve ausis un effet de mandarine - et amande avec un fini résineux et de chanvre et qcq notes fruitées de baies. Malté en balance.

Addictive? Umm, no. 16oz can pours a light haze over a straw gold body. Clingy white head. Nose is very sugary, sweet. Hop, but more weird dried grass and savory herbs. Very sweet in the mouth, sticky honey and malt and candy. Some orange and herbs. Full bodied. This is messy,

0,44 boks fra El Rincon del Cervecera, delt med Kitty på hotellet: uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Vi ble begge meget godt forfrisket av denne - tropiske frukter, søt citrus, druer og ananas i en myk maltkropp. Saftig avslutning med mersmak.

Fra fat på Birras DeLuxe Malaga: nesten helt klar kirsebærrød med fint skum som varer. Mild aroma, fin smak av røde bær sammen med et hint av urter og barnåler. Slank maltkropp, høy ff. Litt bær og citrus i avslutningen.
