Euston Tap. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is dry and crisp. Light pale malts, slightly grainy. Carbonated nip in the mid. Super modest citric hop. Crisp finish. Another pretty conservative Orbit beer.

Bottle shared at the ’Beers of London’ Tasting MkII, Bespin Cloud City - Hyde Park zone, thanks to our host with the most - LKS 11/02/15. Mahogany brown with a moderate tan swirl and edgeing. Nose is nutty, cocoa powder, spice, biscuit, dark malt. Taste comprises rich cocoa, toffee fudge, faint hop presence, mineral notes, light charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, doughy, grain, cereal, light spice and lemon. The taste is crisp, smooth, bitter-sweet, doughy, grass, light creaminess, lemon rind, straw and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body body and fine carbonation. Smooth, well-rounded and refreshing. Rather nice.

Bottle shared at Leightons pad. From cotteridge wines. Caramel brown coloured pour with a small off white head. Aroma is earthy smokey, nutty, ashy, campfire. Flavour is earthy smokey, ashy, nutty roast with a little ashy type thing going on. Not a big fan of this. Palate is medium light body, highish carbonation, tangy, ashy in the finish.

330ml bottle from BottleDog in London. Fair white head to a crystal clear golden body. Spotty lacing. Subdued fruity aroma. Dough, and pears with citric hints to the taste buds. Semi-sweet ending. Rather anonymous (shared with Finn, 11.02.2015).
