Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, dark malt, dark dried fruit, soy sauce. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, dark berrt - fruity, roasted, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150926]

Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of and shared with JFK10000. Pours dark brown, beige head. Bit of chocolate in aroma, roasted, malty, highly carbonated. Bit sourish which I’m not fan of in beers like this. Not the best porter.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass. citrus, green hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, flowers, grass. green hops. citrus. Draught at Birrivico, Como
Hazy blond color with large frothy aroma. The aroma is very skunky, a lot of grapes, inviting the IPA drinker to dive into it. Soft mouthfeel, delicate malt profile, a bit on the sweet side, with strong bitterness, the hop has some herbaceous character, resiny too, a bit skunky, not much fruit. Overall, balanced and with a good alcohol management.
Very good IIPA, I’m glad to have found the first modern IIPA from Italy!
