Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée, col épais blanc cassé. Arôme est houblonné, léger grains malté, pâle style belge avec un petit bouquet ester fruité de la levure. Palais au profil houblonné noble tirant sur un style belge. Levure sur une fine note banane - ester. Fruité noble dans les houblons avec une petite rondeur sucrée belge de style abbaye. Amertume présente tout en restant modérée.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée-orangée, col blanc cassé. Arôme offre un bouquet houblonné tirant sur un bon tropical qui reste néanmoins modéré. Palais est agréablement bien houblonné, oscillant sur des notes d’agrumes, pamplemousse et un ajout fruité tropical rappelant la mangue, papaye, malté reste discret et donne ample place aux houblons pour briller. Note pâle.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée paille légèrement trouble, col épais blanc. Arôme offre un beau bouquet fruité agrumes sur un léger citronné, léger fleuri avec un rétro-nasal grains. Palais est malté, pâle, cara léger pils? houblonné noble avec un complément agrumes nettement plus sympa au niveau du caractère fruité de la bière. Garde une impression de houblonnage à cru, fini sec et feuillu avec un eptit rappel tropical d’ananas et pamplemousse. Fini reste sec.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme est légèrement houblonné noble, pointe citronnée et un malté tout autant centré dans une approche pilsner. Palais offre un côté malté pilsner agréable, houblonné léger tirant sur un caractère noble qui ajoute une petite pointe citronnée. Basique et simple pour une effervescence moyenne et un fini sec. Entre la pils et la golden ale.

At a tasting, medium bubbly stable head, hazy lemon yellow colour, herbal, fruity, yeasty aroma with a hint of honey, fruity honey flavour, medium bitterness, and a suprising piercing sourness. Refreshing and quite nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Cloudy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma has ab it of graininess, yeast and grassy and citric hops. Flavor is kinda yeasty, rather dry, with light sweetness, light tartness, some graininess and pleasant grassy and lemony hoppy bitterness. Rather light-bodied. Refreshing.
