Bottle shared thanks to Mrk 11 months past bb date. Hazy brown with fluffy beige head. Light dried fruit, earthy, light bread and burnt caramel. Light sweet with a bit weird mineral and tannic bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, dark orange. Lots of bubbles make for a lively, lasting, off white head. Nose is spicy, bready and yeasty. Some baked apple. Some cinnamon. Smells good. Taste is fruity sweet. Spicy dryness. Foamy mouthfeel. A bit too fizzy, really. Lightly oily. Soft spice on the finish.

19th March 2016
Opaque black - brown beer, good darkish tan head. Palate is airy and fairly dry. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth but dry dark malts. Malty dark chocolate. Mild dark malt tang. Whisper of spice. Light semi dry finish. It’s a smooth easy drinking stout but there are hundreds more very similar out there.
