330ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Hazy orange amber gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, stone fruits, caramel. Taste is sweet, baked appley, ripe fruity, burnt caramel note, funky hint, with some drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Thirstville, Sydney. Hazed orangey gold colour, white foamy head thst dissipates away and aroma of apple, juicy, caramel, funk hint. Taste is sweet, ripe appley, some skin & core, with caramel and balanced acidity & drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle as 'Le Cidre' @ Musee D'Orsay, with a banana cake, after viewing a great selection of impressionist works. Pours clear gold, gentle carbonation. Tastes a little old, some mild dusty tannin, natural fruit. Ok.

Bottle somewhere in Bordeaux. Almost clear deep golden body with a small white head and lively carbonation. Nice apple aroma, some ripe apples, yellow apple and hint of moisten cellar. Flavor is slightly sweet but refreshing apple, some ripe apple/cellar notes and mild acidity. Medium body and average aftertaste. More than decent everyday cider with a fine balance between sweetness, acid and ripe/fresh apple.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare cristallino. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione allegra, vivace e persistente. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di sidro beverino. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane e mela
