Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Keg at CBJ. Hazy orange gold beer small but tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Cooling pine into slightly tangy citrus, bright though. A mild bitterness. Light finish finds the hops fruits getting almost sherbetty. Nice.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts impart a modest sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Bright but slightly watery citrus and the Superdelic exotics are similarly recessed. Modest hop spice on the crisp finish. Clean and drinkable but the hop intensity is not enough to get my juices really flowing.

On tap at Low Key Taproom Ashford turbid gold colour lasting white head. 6.80 a pint for a 3.8% pale ale. Wow. Tangy hop aroma. Tropical fruit. I mean it is easy drinking. It's very good pale ale. But then so many are for a third less. Also sold almost ice cold teeth achingly cold. Good beer. Expensive and cold. Good.
