Can. It's a sparkling pale straw colored cider with a few bubbles on top. The aroma feels candy sweetish at first, combined with apple and a grassy touch, but I soon realized the candy feeling were caused by hops. Tropical fruits, passionfruit, peach, and a touch of grapefruit. It's medium bodied and quite soft on the palate, but I'd prefer it a bit drier. The flavor too has a good dash of tropical fruit, sort of pushing the apple flavors to the back. Medium length finish. Easy drinkable and sure not bad this one, but I think the hops takes too much room. 210422

Fiskåbanen 280321. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sugar, sourness, grass. Easy drinkable cider.

Can from Gulating. Unclear pale golden/yellow body under a big, foamy white head. Aroma is dominated by grassy hops and apples a bit hidden in the background. Taste is much the same, grassy hops, some resin with apples in the background, both sweet apples and acidic apples in fine balance. Quite sweet actually, but the acidity and the bitterness make a god balance. Medium body and same aftertaste. Normally not to keen on the hoppy ciders as they tend to taste unbalanced and a bit harsh, bu this one worked out pretty well. Refreshing.

0,33 flaske (julegave fra kollega Per), hjemme en fredagskveld: brunsvart med ok beige skum. Kaffe, litt lakrissjokolade og hint av overmodne bjørenbær. Lettdrikkelig med mild bitterhet og nokså kort ettersmak.

Aroma sitrus, appelsin, malt, humle. Utseende uklar lys gul med lett hvitt skum. Smak sitrus, mandarin, eple, humle, malt. Fyldig ipa med god fruktighet, lett bitter, fruktig ettersmak. Smakt April -18
