06.07.2018, 0,33l bottle (as Risholmene Sushi Ale) @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, dusty ginger, grass, minerals, hay, sawdust, light malts, flowers, wet grain, wet cardboard, butterscotch, coriander. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, flowers, soapy ginger, minerals, coriander, grass, wet grain, wet cardboard, paper, sawdust. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. So boring.

Bottle. An unclear, dark orange colored beer with a dense, off-white head. Pale malts, caramel, generic Belgian-ish fruityness and a light spiced touch. Some notes of yeast as well. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a low bitterness level. Peach hints in the flavor, with a spiced hint and a generic fruityness. Pale malts and toffee in the back. Some ginger notes towards the finish. Overall, interesting, but it feels a bit oxidized. Sure had better beers from this brewery. 180622

Bottle. It's an almost clear one, pale yellowish golden in color, and topped by a small, dense, white head. It's lemony and lightly milky on the nose, some lime too, with a doughy maltyness in the back. A vague herbal touch too, guess it's the coriander seeds. It's lightly and appropriately salty on the palate, medium to thin bodied, with a soft carbonation. Doughy malts in the back of the flavor, some white bread too, with lemon, lime, generic tropical fruits and a light sour milkyness. Semi-tart, with a lasting fruity, lemon-sour finish. Sure tasteful, and sure refreshing. A gose I could easily buy more of. 180701

330 ml bottle, from Bunnpris, Sauda. ABV is 3.2%. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Wheaty aroma, notes of lemons, moderate lactic acid, coriander and cloves, hints of sea water. Light bodied, as expected. Refreshing flavour with a moderate lactic acidity, notes of lemon, hints of coriander and a pinch of salt, minimal hops.
