Bottle @ home. Clear (until last pour) pale golden body with a very fast disappearing white head. Aroma of acidic, unripe green apples. Taste is fresh and acidic green apple and yellow apples. Quite dry and acidic. Medium body with long lasting acidic aftertaste. Nice and refreshing, quite straight forward acidic apple cider.

Sjøen 150324. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay, hop, grain. Flavor is fruit, malt, hay, grain, floral, herbs. OK beer.

Tap @ Brygghuset. Clear golden body topped by a small ring of a white head. Aroma has ripe apple, fresh green apple, yeast/dough and quite much sulphur. Taste is fresh, green apple, lemon acidity, some yeast and luckily much less sulfate than feared based on aroma. Medium body with some kind of sweet and sour apple taste in the aftertaste. Quite straight forward, refreshing apple cider with a bit unpleasant aroma.

On tap at Christianssand Brygghus. A clear pale golden colored cider. Quite funky nose, almost chicken farm-like, with lemony sourness, fresh apple, apple peel and some apple juice. It's medium bodied and lightly acidic, perhaps more on the sweet side, with a good funkyness going on. Not sure all that funk is intended or wished for though. Apple, apple juice, apple peel, lemon notes and a farmyardish funk in the flavor. Fresh apple doing most of the work though. Medium length finish. Not bad this one, although I'm not sure about the aroma. Don't think this will be for the masses though. 240223

Olmost black with off white head - Malt aroma with some roasted notes - Malt body with roasted flavours and some spicyness in the back - Malt flavours goes into the finish with some spicy notes - This was good

Tap @ Patricks. Unclear orange golden body under a fine white head. Aroma of pale malt, oranges and some citric fruit. Taste is light and refreshing with mild malt, citric fruit, oranges and some kind of zesty, slightly sour bitterness. Medium body with average aftertaste. Easy drinkable, refreshing with a slightly unusually sour kind of twist that feels a bit weird at first but somehow settles after a few more sips.

Håndverkeren 230224. Black color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, berries, coffee, toffee, chocolate, dried fruit. Decent beer.
