Description

33 cl (from De Bierkoning) @ home. Almost black color. Head is mocha colored, firm, and quit long lasting, with some lacing. Aroma’s: roasted malt, ground coffee, a hint of ash and some fruit. Flavor is slightly sweet, roasted, a hint of acidity. Body is thin (well, at 4%), but not watery. Finishes with ash, some bitterness and maybe some warmth in the throat. Nice.

Pitch black opague colour, nice brown head. Smells ’roze kermis zoetstok’, sweet, candy, glue. Tastes slightly roasty, sweet, candy, ’roze kermis zoetstok’ and some chocolate. The original hammer schout is more to my likings. Good carbo, medium body.
