750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a very large white head. Aroma brings out loads of farmhouse notes, fruity esters, and some Belgian yeast. Flavour is very similar, with loads of farmhouse notes, Belgian yeast, a little banana, and slight fruity esters. Very farmhouse-dominant and yeasty, with a yeasty, fruity finish. Low-to-medium carbonation for a saison. Excellent stuff.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, Fall 2013 bottling. Pours lightly hazy orange copper color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, toast, clove, brown sugar, toffee, light vanilla, and toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of pumpkin, spice, and malt notes; with good strength. Taste of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, toast, clove, brown sugar, toffee, light vanilla, and toasted earthiness. Lingering notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, toast, clove, brown sugar, and light toffee on the finish for a short bit. Good balance and complexity of malt, spice, and pumpkin notes; with decent flavor robustness and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and moderately crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very good pumpkin ale. Lacking some robustness of flavors; but has very well balanced flavors and is a nicely enjoyable pumpkin ale offering.

Draft. Hazy amber color, small white head. Aroma of spice more than gourd, with a bit of burnt toast. Taste is similar. Light body.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours moderately hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that linger. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with plenty of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, grape, floral, grass, light pepper, cracker, bread, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, grape, floral, grass, biscuit, light honey, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruits, floral, grass, biscuit, light honey, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester flavors; with nice flavor robustness and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and lightly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice unfiltered pilsner style! All around nice balance of flavors; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Lovely clear brown body with an off-white fizzy head. Appealing aroma of grapes, chocolate, nuts, ... Moderately bitter, heavily sweet flavour. Very complex mouthfeel of dark fruit and chocolate. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours perfectly clear gold with a moderate, creamy head. Nose has dry hay, husky grains, dry orange and various stone fruits. Light to medium sweet flavor with melon and peach, some bitter citrus rind and pine, touches of bubblegum. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Not warming on the finish but does provide some boost, along with further melon, light bread, peach, orange and pine. Nothing wrong here.

Pumpkin, cinnamon, and allspice on the nose. Hazy amber, medium yellow head. Pumpkin is more prominent than spice, allspice detectable. Finishes abruptly. Light spritzy body, not thin. Subtle and not very memorable, but not without character.
