Pours clear , lighter yellow. Scent is fresh, spices, milder honey. Taste is medium full to full, elegant spices and herbs, nice balance, but less to my tooth.

Pours clear, very light yellow. Scent is honey, anis ( not too strong, luckely). Taste is medium full, sweet, anis not too much, juniper berries mildly present in the back. not my thing, as expected, but surprisingly balanced and drinkable, even for me.

Pours very light clear yellow. Scent is mild, fruits present themselves, and 'hide' the honey. Taste is fairly full, medium sweet. Plums are mild, but noticable. Giving an off-dry character to this sweet based mead. Decent.

Pours clear, light yellow. Scent is medium intense, honey has the uperhand, cherries and spices fairly hidden. Taste is medium full, fairly sweet, elegant honey. Don't get cherries myself. Mild aged factor does show. Full lenght finish with a mild dry touch to it - though it's fairly sweet.

Pours Dark, ocer gold. Scent is less pronounced than Pasieka Jaros' version. Mild honey, hidden raspberry. Taste is very full, intense sweetness, touch of alcohol, mild on the raspberry. tad more on the booze. More about the honey and complexity. Still, lovely - but I prefer the pasieka jaros.

Pours dark, clear golden ocer. scent is very silent. Traces of honey. Taste is full, sweet, bit fruity, beutifull balance. A certain hint of dryness by the fruit (tannins, dare I say?) but ever so slightly. Lovely !

Pours unclear blonde . Scent is very intense spices. woody, cardamom, cinnamon, clove (loads) , 'speculoos' . Overly intense on the spices, even the scent alone fills you up. Taste is medium thick, sweet, lots of spices. Mild ginger, loads of cloves, some cinnamon. A bit too much for me
Warmed up : cloves still overpowering , but less extreme than cold. Taste is a lot more sharp, mild sweetness. Things are more in balance, though still to much on the cloves for me.

Pours clear, bit wattery pale yellow. Scent is very refined, pure honey. Taste is medium full to full, fairly sweet. honey - refined and fairly intense. off-dry during the aftertaste, definately has some dryness remaining underneath the sweetness. Elegance, smooth honey.
