Pours clear, light pale yellow. Scent is fairly closed, just a full honey nose with layers not showing , but anouncing themselves at silent giveaways. Taste is fairly sweet. beautifull honey profile. Mild dry note towards the end. Very pure.

Pours clear, light watery yellow. Scent is full, very intense. honey, milder- yet still highly present- spice. Taste is very herbal . off-dry ( which is very dry for what i'm used to in Apis) . Nice, but the taste doesn't have the same intensity as the nose.

750ml stone bottle. barwa ciemno bursztynowa, geste, struktura oleista, pachnie dobra spadzia, w smaku gozkawo pikantno slodki. wyrazisty, intensywny, nektarowy. bardzo dobre, alko trudno uwierzxyc ze az tyle, przyjemnie rozgrzewa i koi gardlo w stanach przeziebienia. butelka i zamkniecie zgrabne i praktyczne. mile zaskoczenie, nie jest az tak nazbyt slodkie jak inne dwojniaki.

25cl bottle from a tasting sweet bought in a Polish airport. Pours canary yellow, transparent, no foam. Aroma is honey, floral, but most of all recognizably herbal. Body is fairly dense, no carbonation, good stickiness. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final is fairly long.
