4oz draft pour at the sneak peak before the Union 4th Anniversary Party. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. I got a lot of green onion in this one on the aroma, with some light grass clippings. Okay, but doesn’t come together like I had hoped it would. Bitter and while it is crisp, it lacks a certain something.

4oz draft pour at the sneak peak before the Union 4th Anniversary Party. Poured a mostly clear yellow color, fizzy, white fluffy head. Aroma was crisp, light grassy notes. Flavor had some light sweet grain and grassy notes that was really pleasant.

4oz draft pour at the sneak peak before the Union 4th Anniversary Party. Light cardboard, boozy caramel malts. Bitter finish. Not sure barleywine beers are my thing anymore. Improved as it warmed, bringing out a very rich, sweet caramel malt character. I would love to have a bottle of this to age a bit to see how it holds up.

4oz cask pour at the sneak peak before the Union 4th Anniversary Party. Light white wine tartness, grape and pineapple juice notes. Reminds me of dried pineapple candy. Very light white wine notes. Pretty tasty!

4oz pour at the sneak peak before the Union 4th Anniversary Party. Cask with citra. The cask pour was really vigorous, basically shooting out of the cask - but it settled down a bit. Pine resin, floral and lightly juicy hop notes.

4oz cask pour at the sneak peak before the Union 4th Anniversary Party. Poured a really hazy pink/peach/light-yellow color with a fizzy head. Petty cloudy. Very mild peach candy aroma, fuzzy peach skins. Light funky notes.

Cask at Churchkey. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma is tart lactic notes, like the base beer. A touch of ginger, but lacking in that spicy ginger character that I was expecting coming into this one. Flavor was still very pleasant with some wheat, and a touch of sea salt. Flavor was nice tart notes, salt ocean, with a light twist of light zest.
