On tap at Meridian Pint. Pours a very hazy, cloudy bright yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose has some lemon, slightly pithy, some grass, plenty of fresh yogurt. Flavors of grass, strong flavor of grain, lemon peel, yogurt. Finishes zippy and refreshing. Neat.

Light roast and fruit aroma Cloudy red brown, lighter than a typical Düsseldorf one. Fruity roast, toasted bread, light soot. Yeasty dryness, should mature a tad more? Pleasant and rounded enough though

Tap. Cloudy amber, eggshell cream. Grassy, light lime aroma. Chewy, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Light mealy base with a earthy, grassy counterbalance. Pleasantly drinkable. Quick salty finish.

Tap at Birroteca, Baltimore.Tart wheat nose (strangely enough) Cloudy yellow low head. Nice balance of tart citric, light hoppy ?, fruity grainy, a bit salt/clay. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel Really pleasant.

Draft. Murky yellow, bright white edge head. Aroma of earthy lemonpeel. Taste is earthy and softly sour lemon. Straightforward and on style.

Tap at Meridian Pint for CBC. Thanks GT2! This one poured a really, really hazy bright and vibrant straw color, light gets through, but you can’t see anything. Medium sized nice white head. Aroma is really funky, full of barley notes - a bit like smelling a soup full of barley and not much else - except not. I don’t know what I was thinking when I came up with that one last night. Anyway, flavor is full of barley and plenty of nice tart, acidic notes. Full bodied for 2.7. Not an expert on this style, but I liked it.

On tap at Frisco’s. Very murky caramel amber with some lacing, white head. Nose is very nice, juicy, pine, grapefruit, lemon, pulpy, malt, grain. Flavor is really nice, loads of citrus zest, grapefruit, malty, pine resin, kumquat. Finish is sticky and bitter. Really nice.
