4 oz pour on cask at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont. Hazy orange with no head. Aromas of lemons, hibiscus, flowery notes. Tastes of flowery notes, berries, tart acidic notes, lemon lime citrus, subtle ginger. Light body with a dry finish. Pretty tasty and refreshing.

Can with many thanks to chemist Pete!!! Pour is an odd and hazy light straw color with a decent head and strange aromas of funky barn with a touch of ocean. Flavor is even stranger... the first sip I get is of salt... lots and lots of salt... not sure whether this is something that is generally suspended in the foam (which is mostly what I got) or whether I grew accustomed to it as things moved forward, but I thought \"Ugh, bilge water!\" (Or something...) Second (and subsequent) sip(s) were largely sour-dominated with a hint of salt that was lovely. This is the oddest and most interesting beer I have had in a good long while. Many thanks, Pedro!!!

Some roast and a hint of wood. Pours black with good head and lacing. Light bittersweet finish. Thick consistency. A little more like a stout than an altbier but still pretty good. Tap.

Draft at Meridian Pint. Crystal clear golden yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of light coffee, straw. Coffee is subtle in the taste with a decent golden vanilla ale up front. Body is preserved. Easy drinking.

Can with much thanks to Pedro! You da man! Pours a clear gold with a thin head and aromas of light citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is also very clean and citrus/tropical... but lacks a strong direction. It’s a very, very nice beer, but it seems to lack a clear path. More than anything it is a very clean example of the style that would make me more than happy any night.

Cask at Pizzeria Paradiso. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head, a little more dead looking than the standard Old Pro, but still a touch lively. Noticeably warmer as my girlfriend would say. Aroma is tart lactic notes, some wheat, and a touch of sea breeze. Very mild mango notes, though no real thyme comes through in this one, which is probably fine.
