Tap at Max’s for the Union anniversary, brewer sitting next to us. Hazy pale yellow color. Nice aroma of earthy citrus and basil. The state is earthy lemon, with herbs in the background. Tasty and easy to drink.

Cask at Churchkey. Cloudy yellow color, edge bubbles. Aroma of earthy, almost salty, peaches. Taste us earthy mixed fruit and light spice. An interesting variation on a theme. Would make a good festival beer.

4 oz pour on cask at ChurchKey. Murky brownish yellow with off-white head. Aromas of peaches, lemon, light herb. Tastes of tart acidic notes, peaches, mango, stone fruit, lemons, subtle herbs, some salt. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Refreshing and quite tart.
