Thanks Adrien for buying this one and sharing. Nice purple and great clarity in the glass with a reddish blood red in the light. Nose is clearly dominated by the honey, sharp apple and a fruity blue-berry like nose. Nice and really jammy. Love the fruit forward notes, minimal bitterness. just a tough of latex but otherwise, really drinkable. would love more mouthfeel this is pretty thin.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a good amount of rhubarb with sweet honey and a bit of strawberry underlying. Flavor is more rhubarb forward with a dry honey and some strawberry in the finish.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear, oily pale gold. The nose is sweet apple, juicy, earthy, cinnamon, nutmeg, tart tatin, honey and light alcohol. The taste is sweet, oily, honey, apple pie, pear drops, vanilla, alcohol, chewy, ripe apple, dull fruity tartness and spice. Medium body and oily mouth-feel. Straight up apple pie. Thankfully not too sweet. Not much depth, but enjoyable anyhow.

Bottle shared at chriso’s winter tasting 7/12/2014. Crystal clear pale golden coloured pour with no head. Aroma is nice, spicy apple pie with a little cinammon, sweet sugars, a little alcohol. Flavour is composed of warming sweet cinamnon, apple, smooth honey, little maple sryup , Warming alcohol but very smooth. . Palate is full sweet, light spice, tingling on the throat. Really tasty.
