Not much spice but also not too fresh I think, but tons of sweet raspberry jam nose and sweetness but lighter mouthfeel and flavor than schramms for sure.

A bit of vinegar-y tartness on the front end similar to some framboise lambics, sweetens up as it goes. Nice flavor.

Pours bright pale gold into a snifter. No head. Sweet apple and vanilla aromas. Soft and sweet with apple, cinnamon and vanilla front to back. Warm pie crust finish.

Pours clear gold into a snifter. No head. Sweet apple and honey aromas. Soft with warm honey upfront turning to apple pie in the warm, lasting finish. Nice.

Pours ruby tinged dark gold into a tulip. White head with little retention crackles and recedes to hug rim. Strawberry and funk aromas. Soft and sweet with honey upfront turning quickly to strawberry before the sweet, jammy finish. A tad too sweet for me...

Much nicer than the strawberry, solid mini mead berry flavor with hints of apple.

Was surprised by the rating at first but the more i sip the more earthy and mediciney it tastes. Now I have a headache. Boo. It's light mouthfeel, huge nose, and flavorful for sure, just the off notes go far here and flavor isn't the most favorable.
