Much nicer than the strawberry, solid mini mead berry flavor with hints of apple.

Was surprised by the rating at first but the more i sip the more earthy and mediciney it tastes. Now I have a headache. Boo. It's light mouthfeel, huge nose, and flavorful for sure, just the off notes go far here and flavor isn't the most favorable.

Amazing! Nice fall spice to it to round out the “pie” part of the flavor.

Bottle at home. Treated myself. Deep blood pour. Nose is deep jammy goodness. Tastes of black currant, black cherry, blackberry, honey, faint licorice and fig. Thick and rich not overly sweet. Really good

Pours dark red. Smell is full on, red fruits. Taste is full, red fruits, tad sharp, boozy. Red fruits, just a bit too sharp and boozy. Not bad, just not as good as the scent gave away.

Bottles 9-19-2012 . Pours clear, darker blonde. Smell is tad boozy, complex. Taste is full, intense, sweet, still a lot of honey. Funky. Some oak, boozy, not extracting much else from the barrel though. Nice, but not amazing mead.

Pours a bit unclear blonde, smell is intense, super intense even. A jar of honey ! Taste is full, sweet, intense honey, very natural, along with it's funky side. Extremely intense finish. Apples don't really show that much.
