5 oz draft. The aroma is mild current with honey. Flavor is a copy. Smooth mouthed. Nice lighter mead.

Bottle from Lonestar Beverage outside of Dallas. Pint glass @home. Dark tea, brown & still. Sharp, earthy, dark cherry, too sugary. Serious unfermented honey, cloying, syrupy cherry, medicinal, heavy. Just too rich without any contrast.

375ml clear bottl from the clearance aisle @Max's in Baltimore. Pint glass @home. Clear, honey tea, still pour. Heavy, honey lemon, herby nose, light tea. Thin, caramel, acidic wine, gummy, floral, plastic, unfermented honey. Watery, bittersweet, leaning to a leafy bitter. Doughy, hugely acidic, gum, heavy plastic, barrel finish. Too harsh.

Discounted bottle from Max's Taphouse for like $9. No clue how old this is. Mojito glass @home. Opaque, still, honey gold pour. Unfermented honey, lemon, tons of sour tropical fruit, obvious French oak, plastic, caramel. Tannic, twangy, sweet char, sharp citrus everywhere, bubblegum, caramel & warm booze finish. Slight coffee oxidation. Belly warming. Slick, acidic, warming, obviously oxidized. Still pretty good.

Simply labeled bottle from Lone Star Beverage. Tulip back at the Air BnB. Inky, but not quite black with ruby highlights. Acidic, super dark berry, acai-ish, gingersnap, very murky, deep & rich sweet berry scent. Deep, rich in fruit but low middling acid & low tartness. Coating, mellow but fresh ginger juice, intense plummy flavor. Middle high tannins, some oxidation, popsicle finish. Boozy, hearty, fruity, big sipper. Good, just needed more complexity.

From a 375 ml bottle. Pours a clear Cabernet red with a scant head. Aromas of cherry and cranberry. Flavors are sweet cherry with a bit of cranberry tartness.

Clear 375ml bottle from Webb Chapel Beer. 13.8% edition. Stemless wine glass back at the bnb. Clear, iced tea-colored pour. Unintentional bubbles. Smell is rich with unfermented honey, wax & soft apple. I don't get cranberry yet. Taste is deliciously tart yet sweet & rich. Plenty more honey then their usual blends, the cranberry remains soft & juicy, never biting. Touch of smoke, & botcheted honey with the cranberry never really going away. Great acid that never breaks through the sugar. There could be some potential oxidation after all that, but I don't care. Full, rich, sharp, sticky, easy sipper. One of the best American meads I've had. Awesome.
