Poured from can 2/19/18 clear gold no head. Aroma is sigar apples light barrel. Taste is honey sweet apple light whiskey notes with a rye finish.

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out some of the red pepper flakes upfront, with light wildflower honey. Flavour is very intensely spicy, with lots of spicy red pepper flakes that berate the palate. The wildflower honey sweetness intrudes underneath after a while, but it ends on the spiciness. Good stuff.

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is loaded with spicy cinnamon upfront, with subdued wildflower honey. Flavour is loaded with hot spicy cinnamon and a medium sweet wildflower honey. Spicy and dominated by cinnamon hotness. I like this.

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear dark red. Aroma is loaded with chipotle spices, with a decent amount of wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with intense red pepper flakes, medium spiciness, and medium honey sweetness. I like the peppers in here. Very good.

Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted marshmallow, wildflower honey, and a nice warming effect. Blended nicely - the marshmallow character is really nice.

Flavour brings out lots of sweet apples, medium honey nectar sweetness, and light fruitiness. Lots of floral and wildflower notes. Excellent.

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear dark reddish mahahony. Aroma brings out fresh tart and sweet blackberries, and wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh tart blackberries and heavy sweet honey sweetness. Nice use of berries here. Excellent.

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear pinkish red with a tiny pinkish head. Aroma brings out tart red currants, with some apple skins and subdued honey sweetness. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with lots of black currants, light tartness from the apples, and heavy sweet honey. This is wonderfully concocted. Excellent.
