33 cl bottle. Not an appealing label. Near black with a reddish tinge. Creamy off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, chocolate powder, toasted notes, butter - infection. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a watery texture and a soft carbonation. Feels odd and thin. Finishes sweet with chocolate and butterish notes. Not exciting.

33 cl bottle purchased at the brewery. Dark amber colour with a creamy lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, syrup, lightly toasted notes and fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity with caramel malts and toasted notes. Rather sweet to the unbalanced side.

Clear golden color with a white head that gives up a bit to fast. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Mostly caramel malty. Medium body and decent carbonation level. Easy to drink. Ok sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Caramel malt are dominating the flavor. Also a bit fruity. Plain easy drinkable heller bock would have been my suggestion if I had to make a choice.

Opaque black color with a fine thick beige head. Good lacing. Looks fine this one. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and an ok mellow carbonation level. Easy to drink. Balanced sweetness. Coffee, roast, herbal and some chocolate in the flavor.

Nice clear dark nutty color with a soon vanishing tan head. Dried fruits and some veggie notes. Hmm…. Medium + body and a mellow carbonation level. A bit to sweet actually. Oily texture. Dried fruits, bready and toffee in the flavor. No sticky alcohol.

Clear deep golden color with a fine thick tan head. Ok lacing. Looks good. Powerful aroma. Smoked ham….. Fine body and a fine carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Oily texture. Loads of a lot of powerful stuff here. Smoked ham and pepper. Also some dried fruits here. Not my cup of beer. But surely something for those who like ham and pepper. Nice try.

Clear golden color with a fine lasting white head. Ok lacing. Looks ok, but not really like a hefe weisse. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Moderate sweet and moderate bitterness. Malty, fruity, herbal and wheat in the flavor.

33 cl bottle purchased at the brewery. Hazy, amber golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, biscuits, pines, hints of butter, a raw bitterness. Some citrus and earthy notes. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. This is a beer from Refsvindinge that has the right level of carbonation! Finishes drying and grassy bitter. Ok. Ish.
