8-3-7-4-15 Bottle, #247, 16 months before bbd. Pours dark red, with a quickly dissipating fizzy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of cherries, floral notes and bretty notes of apples and berries, as well as fruity minerals, tannins and wooden notes. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with tart fruity notes of cherries, funky notes with rose petals and bretty fruits, as well as tannins and wooden barrels.

YG 241023. Amber color with a tan head. Aroma is dried fruit, caramel, yeast. Flavor is dried fruit, caramel, malt, bread, alcohol, sugar, spices, yeast. Nice beer.

Bottle. An unclear amber to brown beer, still and headless. Bread, roasted malts, coffee hints, dark dried fruits, brown sugar and alcohol in the aroma. Oxidation and hints of leather and cigar too. Wet tobacco. It's full-bodied and quite warming on the palate, slightly sourish, with a very low carbonation level. The flavor has caramel, toffee, dark dried fruit, brown sugar, alcohol, coffee hints, fortified wine and a sour hint. Lasting finish. Sure a nice one, but I find it a bit too sour. 231024

5-2-3-2-6 Bottle, #225, 2 months after bottling. Gusher. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Sweetish notes of yeasty dough, apples, over ripe apricots, wet leaves and citric minerals. Pretty messy, and all over the place. Not very refreshing and the only things slightly remniscent of a Czech lager would be the notes of diacetyl...

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast, grass and hay. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty, yeasty and grass finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Dechiffrering av forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra en hyggelig kveld i utsøkt selskap med Jæren Fråholdslag, Bryne 29.04.23: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Nydelig farmhousearoma og ditto smak med høy/stall, urter, rips, stikkelsbær og et hint av vanlije og rognebær. Lekker og raffinert, alle er fornøyde og den var perfekt akkompagnement til de gode ostene vi fikk servert. Mersmaken hang igjen lenge etter at ostene var fortært. En av kveldens aller beste, og heldigvis en 0,75 flaske.
