330ml bottle bought at N.D. John Wines. Shared with Finn. Slow creeper. Patchy surface, cloudy orange coloured body. Fair lacing. Nose is ripe fruits, orange and apricot. Dried fruity flavours added by wheat and bread-like malts. Rounded mid-sweet fruity ending. Bit heavy to drink. Pleasing to a certain extent. (Hotel room, Swansea 01.10.2018).

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Drapers' Arms, Bristol 21/10/2017. Near black in colour, with a thin, beige, head. Toast malts, some tangy, dark berry, fruits, touch of chocolate and leafy hops, before a dryish finish. An enjoyable stout.
