Description
We started as a 2 man outfit in 2009 as a ‘cuckoo’ brewery, borrowing someone else’s kit (Whittingtons) to make our beers and selling across South Wales and the Marches to anyone we could convert. By 2013, we’d raised enough cash to move to our own brewery in Raglan, Monmouthshire, which we’ve called home ever since!
Here at the Untapped Brewing Company, we make a wide range of great, award winning real ales to suit every taste. From the light and hoppy to the rich and intense, every beer lover will find something here to send them home happy!

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear yellow with a fine, frothy white head. Big wheat and yeast aroma, fragrant banana. Medium sweet flavor with doughy malts, yeast, estery notes. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweet finish with mild bitterness, further banana, mild yeast. A very good British wheat beer.

Bottle, Classic ’Dodgi’ Deli, Cowley Rd, Oxford, Thursday 13th September 2012 Pours dark chestnut with off white verging to light tan head. Good fruity, twangy, slightly nutty taste. Some chocolate and a light roastiness. Despite all of this, not as good as my rating suggests. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
