30th July 2011>br>ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Hazy brown beer, little tan head. Tangy dark malt. Light palate. Traces of roast and smoke. Semi dry finish. Not bad!

Bottle at Chriso’s. Nice black color with tan lace. Dry, woody aroma with cocoa and coffee. Thin, a bit watery, flavor of coffee, wood, and some metal. Goes dead near the end.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramelly and mildly nectary notes as well. Flavour is malts, fruits, wood, earth, some nice floral hops as well as mild herbal and yeasty notes.
