On tap at Novare Res. A clear yellow mead, still and flat. It’s flowery and lightly lemony on the nose, just a hint of honey in the far back. It’s semi-dry on the palate, medium too thin bodied and flat, with a touch of honey. Flowers and some lemon. Rather short finish with lemon and a good dash of lavender. Sort of refreshing, but it feels artificial in a way. 150609

500 ml bottle purchased from the Beer Store Store, Nashua. Paid a tad bit too much but.... Whatever. Hay color with some head. Aroma is very similar to an ice tea. Herbal, tea leaves, lemongrass, and a mild "Long Island Iced Tea" mix drink aroma. Flavor is reminds me of a Long Island Iced tea mixed drink. The carbonation gives it a nice tingle across the tongue that resembles a "Twisted Tea" hard tea. Really rather drinkable.
